Black-eye peas

Everyone had there black-eyed peas today?All I have is canned ones but fixin' 'em now with a little sugar.Yankees won't understand this,but don't hold that against 'em.

Dam the gold. I'd rather have the squash. Fried, stewed, baked or grilled. I love it.

Can't take the squash or greens or hog jowl.I did make some cornbread using 'skillet corn'.Of course the 'peas' had onion and garlic powder in them also.
