Wondering if anyone out there are doing Sunday food prep for the week?
I have come across the idea on Pinterest and thought I would jump on the bandwagon of convenient healthy fresh food

I have just done a prep of lunch and dinners for this week (5days)

I made for dinners (máy nén khí)
- 5x chopped veggie boxes in the microwave steamers to be served with protein
- teriyaki chicken thighs marinated in ziplocks and frozen
- lemon and garlic chicken thighs as above
- white fish fillets with butter, lemon slices and herbs wrapped up in foil and frozen ready to toss into the oven
- lamb cutlets marinated in curry in ziplocks in freezer
- chicken burger patties, freezer

for lunches I have individually washed and chopped little boxes of;
- 5 bean mix+ red onion+ parsley+ evoo+ ACV + S&P
- grated carrot, grated fresh beetroot
- shaved purple cabbage
- quartered baby radishes
- slices of red capsicum
- raw sweetcorn cut off the cob
- home made hummus
- hard boiled eggs
- avocado in a tube (from the supermarket )

The idea for the lunch is to pull these boxes out in the morning and pop an assortment of yummies into my lunchbox so it is freshly assembled. I did a quick search for 'macro bowl' on pinterest and this is the idea.

I have quickly realised that my fridge is too small haha so had to do some tetris to fit it all in!

I would love to hear anyones ideas for keeping things fresh... not sure how all of my pre-cut veggies and salads will be by the end of the week?
