Just started detecting and was wondering if anyone goes around here in ossipee or knows of any good spots?Anything wil be very helpful to get me started.Thank you very much and have a good day,Bernie

Hi Bernie! I live in Holderness. I haven't tected in Ossipee yet but anywhere there are farms, fields and stone walls (which are all over the place)..would be a good place to start. I just ask owners if they mind if I tect in their fields..I've never had anyone say "no" yet. Good Luck!!

I go up every year when they drop the water down on the Ossipee lakes and detect the shoreline and beyond, My family has a camp on Broad bay, I found my first gold ring there, just walk the shoreline and cha ching! I never had a problem with anyone as most of the camps are vacant.
