Hello from nova scotia

I have been metal detecting for close to two years and am self taught from many many hours in the "field". I am not out to get rich I just love the history behind the things I find and never sold a single thing. I am not into beach hunting to much because I prefer really OLD spots like fields,stone walls,cellar holes,house yards,wells,woods/paths,etc. I have found old military/civilian buttons,jewelry,bells,lead bullets/musket balls,relics,etc. I don't get much time to come on forums but I will try to post some pictures and stories about some of my old and hopefully soon to be finds. My favorite things to hunt are coins by far and here is a list of my "BETTER" coin finds! (:

Impressive list of coins, you sure do like to hunt some old areas!
Is be interested to know what you've found in regards to military items, buttons, badges, or belt plates,etc; you are in the right area for some really decent finds!
