    Hi from North East NC

    Hi, Steve here from Elizabeth City, NC. Not exactly new to detecting but have been away from it for a long, long time. Anyone need a detecting buddy close by? I don't know anyone else out here who does it and I never see anyone out doing it, but I know they're out there somewhere.

    Haha yeah I know what you mean. I used to live in the Outer Banks and every morning there were MD'ers all over the beaches. Ironically enough, that was during the time period when I stopped detecting. I'm an hour+ away from there now. Not too many beaches over here but there are a lot of river banks and farm fields. Just not sure who owns what around here yet but slowly looking into it.
