Welcome, Tejano. You got a little misdirection there. Take a look at Sub Forums Colorado and you might hook up with somebody up here. You can pretty much pan in any creek up here and come up with a little color, but pay attention to claim markers as some are still active. I don't know much about the Creede area, but if you go over west of Granite BLM has an area they actually let you pan for gold and use detectors. Keep in mind you will not get rich, but you might pan out $20 a day after about 10 or 12 hours.
