Hello,

Been reading for a few weeks and now just joined the group.

I am very new to the hobby and just placed an order for a Land Ranger Pro.
I had my eye on a Garrett 400 but the price and great reviews of the LRP (And gift cards from Amazon) made me go that route.

My user name is also the title of a song from my favorite band and seemed fitting to the hobby.

Welcome to Tnet, I think you will enjoy the LRP. I am all about the 9" x 11" DD coil. It is ultra light and can go deep. If you want max depth you should hunt in all metal mode. It gets an inch or 2 deeper than disc mode depending on the target.
