Hi Everyone,

I have learned lots from you guys over the past month and finally got a MD, Garrett Atpro, still have lots to learn and im always looking for someone to detect with.

i just bought my first house in Tracy ca too, lived in bay area all my life, its crazy expensive so we decided to buy out here and it was cheaper to buy then rent, even after taxes and insurance.

who do i contact for MD rules? I want to detect at some parks where big events are held, like a few weeks ago a big concert was held at a park. can i just detect there? its a public park.

Welcome sir! Try looking on your city commission site or see if Google will lead you to the site with your local city laws/ordinances and read through them to see if anything prohibits MD in your local parks. Also check with your local parks and rec site to read their rules too. Happy hunting!
