Berger's Tourists' Guide to New Mexico (1883)

Berger's Tourists' Guide to New Mexico: Including Descriptions of Towns, Pueblos, Churches, Pictures, Statues, Ruins and Antiquities; Together with Mountains, Canons, Springs and Other Places of Interest

    William M Berger, c1883

    http://books.google.com/books?id=DHF...page&q&f=false

Available as a free, legal download at google books. There should be some really great metal detecting leads here for my New Mexico friends. Let me know with a post if you find anything cool as a result.

    Happy hunting!

Thanks for posting it. I went through the whole book, very interesting! For 6 straight years in the spring, I went to N M to detect ghost towns for 2 weeks at a time. (I live in Minnesota). I did alright. Again, a very interesting book.
