A fellow, Forrest Fenn sez he hid a treasure with gold and jewels, weighing 42 pounds in a bronze box, he lives in Santa Fe New Mexico. Anyone heard of this? Do you live in Santa Fe?
A good friend is in town for a week and brought the Fenn book! Pretty good so far. She thinks she has the spot pinned, (yea right), so we're going to go searching in the Jemez Mtns this weekend.

For awhile I figured he would make his money back selling the books.
I live in Albuquerque and have already met a few people who came down here to search for this treasure.
Jemeze Hot springs is most likely the area you want to be in..
Terry, what do you mean "in plain sight with a slight edge"?
I been working on his poem for awhile now..some things I have learned....the peom tells you vaguely how to find the "treasure", and it also gives you the starting point, not just one..many! Whom ever put this poem together tried to make it simple looking but it is far from that..it was well thought out, perhaps revised manys time to end up the way it is now..Keep in mind when you look at it "think out of the box" I hope to go there this or next year & check out my "theories".
