I have walked the creek didn't find anything good but can't believe good stuff is not there. Keep a eye out for points, that area has had people on it from the time the ice pulled back. Many of the Fields around there had mounds before being plowed into the ground. There is said to have been two giant skeletal remands dug up at the bottom of Fort Hill near by. Look up Fort Hill NY it is named after a earth work from before B.C. times.
Good luck and let us know what you find.

I MD Genesee Valley Park, Durand Eastman Beach, Charlotte beach, and Durand Eastman Park. I'm always careful to fill up my holes (even the ones on the beach) and have had park workers stop by to watch. Never been asked to leave.
