Revolutionary War Tory Treasure (from a Feb 1896 newspaper article) - Legend tells that around the old home of W.O. Giles near Kingsbridge there is untold wealth buried in haste by Tories anticipating defeat during the Revolutionary War. Many have dug in different locations on the grounds, and no treasure has yet been recovered, but a young neighbor boy did find a gold coin bearing the date 1772.

I am wondering how many professional treasure hunter including Jeff have search for this treasure. I am wondering if it was found and the people did not go public about their finds which is good idea.
