Do I need a NY permit to hunt upstate public parks or Public right of right ways? This would be in the towns of Endicott, Ithaca, Binghampton, Union, Owego, Endwell, Or Campville. Also Apalachin, Vestal. Thanks for any info provided......Not GE

Nope, But got express written permission to hunt maine, NY. town. My friend's aunt runs the historical society there. He is originally from Endicott........NGE
