I have this 13 inch coil on my Makro Kruzer. It's a game changer if you want depth. Kick it into 5khz and you'll go even deeper!

How deep will it pick up an ounce of lead?

Deeper than most machines will. I've found .177 pellets down about 9 inches. Obviously ground conditions are going to make a difference.
