Was it Brandon's video? If so, it was in multi mode.

Large iron right beside coins. Extreme swinging speed. Funny comment about not detecting for long if you detect like that....that video. Was in multi?

What if recovery speed is very good when in single frequency mode, but minelab-like (i.e., slooow) when in multifrequency mode?

That's pretty spot on. With the CTX I do spend a lot of time on each signal versus Steve's Tejon with no TID and easy pin pointing... Last hunt I dug 81 coins and Steve dug 106 and a whole lot more trash.

Results like that shouldn't be overlooked.

Uh oh.

Wonder what 22 tones sounds like.

I miss Bill Paxton.

I'll bet it sounds just like a cash register at Christmas. :laughing7:

He was a great supporting actor. I miss him also.

Gotcha. The TDI SL gets it done, but not in that price range.

Interesting! how old is the article? Artificially delaying the release? That makes people like me angry with people like Nokta ....then principles come into play. I posted in another thread enquiring about how the MR2 and velox do well in wet sand despite the single frequency. No satisfactory replies yet.
Why release impact teasers in 2015.....wait 2 years to release.....Then rumour a waterproof MR3 for release in 2017....but here we are with 3 months left of 2017 without a peep from Nokta? Maybe this will be another manipulated 2 year delay? hard to say what is the truth...
I think Noktas biggest challenge is that they have never made a waterproof machine before. The pinpointer is excellent in water and built like a tank. But a detector is a bit more challenging.
No sudden moves for me so lets see what 2018 will bring

I do not understand "recovery speeds", as in more than one. I would THINK I would want to choose the fastest, but there must be a reason for otherwise, I just really do not know, any help?

Generalizing, faster recovery comes at the expense of depth.

It's good to have adjustability.
