Of all the surgeries, broken bones and other injuries I’ve had over the years, this finger issue is by far the most painful. I must be getting old.

That is bad.
Not to steal your thunder but back in the day I was a good basketball player. Traveled out of state and got nailed in the privates taking a jump shot. Broke a blood vessel, rushed to hospital for surgery. That really stunk.
