Yep,, I need to find the attachment for my canister vacuum cleaner. I have to take it up into the attic and clean the accumulation of years of dirt, dust, and dead insects.

With all the electrical wiring, nails screws, pipes, etc, I don't think I would be able to get a good ground balance,, duhh,,

OK wind...now hold on to your seat.
Take 2 sticks at 10 inches long. Place sticks 9 inches on each side of the shaft running out over the coil 9 inches above it. Duct tape them into place. Let the machine sound off on all the cap signals and pay no mind to what you hear....watch the sticks. Once the sticks come together and touch you have a good target.
WARNING: (I learned this the hard way.) Do not place any body part over the sticks because as they come together it will create a time portal vortex! Could send you back to prehistoric times...nobody wants that!
