OFFICIAL NAP RULES ( from the book of life by JG)

Ok, I know this is a subject fraught with multitudinous ideas.
Here is the straight poop.

A nap taking less than 60 minutes is NOT a nap!
A proper nap takes planning. You must ready yourself for it.
You feel a bit sleepy, go to a quiet slightly cool place. ( for me, I have a couch downstairs)
fix your pillow and you MUST have some sort of cover
I set my phone alarm so I don't sleep too long ( usually 90 minutes is optimal)
settle in and do not rush sleep! let it happen normally


PS never allow others to make you feel guilty for napping ( there is always tomorrow for chores)

The nap place has gotta be dark....not like pitch black, but just close the blinds to minimize sunlight...
I gotta take a nap MINIMUM once per weekend.....usually after a hunt.....ideally Saturday afternoon, between 1 and 3 pm.

I will point at the napping person and say to the bartender...

"I'll have what he's having".

I rarely nap... I can only doze off... sometimes even "cat nap".

If I sleep for any length if time I feel like crap most of the time when I awake.

I knew a guy once who napped standing up...

Knew a guy once who napped with his eyes open... which was really frigging freaky when you don't realize it right away.

In Melbourne Fl I bunked with a guy while in dive class that sucked on his thumb while he slept.

Well the kid who sucked his thumb was in my school.
Was in ahhhhh... ehhhh wanna say 8th,,, yeah 8th grade.

The guy who slept standing... which get this... he would have a beer in his hand and not drop or spill it.
Great bass player for a few bands.

Guy would stand in the middle of a packed bar... sorta swaying... dead asleep.
