    Definitely archaic stemmed point. I don't know your area but check this site out you can look up points by shape. www.lithicsnet.com

    Also check Big Sandy because of the way the ears are and no heavy grinding in the shoulders like the older dalton or greenbriar points. Nice finds and thanks for sharing your hunt. Hopefully Matt or someone will come in and give you a positive I.D.. All being in the same site with snap base and stemmers I would guess mid archaic also.

    I checked big sandy has similar characteristics to that also but my search says that in the deep south the big sandy is considered to be in paleo period

    It's actually not beach sand they lowered a lake level in my area and I have had good luck with it so far

    Yeah mine is lower than it was. That is why I got stuck in the mud yesterday. I was thinking how I was going to get out cause I was by myself. Very scared when it happened.
