Nice Hafted Scraper Flintfinder. Those others would have been some dandies if they had been whole.

Thanks for the great in situ pics and congrats on your find.

That's a good hunt in my book! The brokes don't dissapoint me like they used to, I plan to put some frames together soon and I'm going to make one specially for brokes. They are still artifacts and they are still cool even if they are broken. Right now I would be thrilled to find a broken point, I have been digging a site for 2 weeks and so far my best day has produced 3 knives and a couple scrapers, no sign of a point yet but I'm confident I will turn one up eventually. Good finds and thanks for sharing

Bluff hunting is something I just started doing the last 2 or 3 years. Its hard work and can get a little hairy in spots the bushes briar's, sticker bushes, loose rock etc. Its kinda strange that I find bout the same ratio of broke ones to whole points on the bluffs as I do the farm fields. Makes me wonder how many artifacts does the plow really break. Gilmerman I am very blessed to live where I do, we have some decent waterways in my area. Anyway I'm not a big fan of showing off my broken ones, but somedays that's just the hunt you draw seems like. Thanks for your comments. John

Still doesn't look like you did to bad to me buddy! Keep at it, and when I get time to hunt, I'll have some to share with you. Take care my friend.
