didn't produce much. Well, there hasn't been a heavy, rock moving, gully washer down the creek for a while, so there isn't much new to be found. There is no cultivation where I am hunting so no plowed fields to walk. Plus it is only 1000 degrees in the shade.
Only this broken point and a couple scrapers (not pic'd)
I was sure disappointed when it became obvious it was missing the tip. This was fine, thin, and well made. Still very sharp on the sides.

Oh, well, they can't all be perfect. It is still a keeper for me.

That is beautiful though. If we found tons every time it would not be much fun. Cool find. Bravo.

I've often thought if it would be financially advantageous to make men's jewelry out of ID'd (identified) BROKEN arrowheads etc. One could take a nice polished (broken) piece of say Clovis and make a cabochon for a ring. Put it in a silver or gold setting.
Just an idea.
BTW, I 'creek ed' for emeralds once..lol..nothing.
Good Luck.
