Some New Pictures Of Some Old Finds

I decided to take some new pics of some of my better finds and send them in to the AACA to see if I can get them published on the new calendar for 2010. Here are the ones I sent in so hopefully they'll pick one of these for next years calendar.

Wow ! If I was going to do a calendar I would have to pick at least one of those. Maybe they need to do a swim suit type arrowhead calendar like Sports Illustrated ?

Thanks TN. Someone else suggested a swimsuit issue, but I really don't think they want to see me in a Speedo even if I'm holding a Clovis in my hands. lol

Steve, killer stuff man. I really love the first pic the best.........I must say. I have always wanted to do that sort of thing with some of my old finds. I need a new camera. My canon Digital elf kinda zonked out lately. Thanks for the porno.........I mean peak.

so what is it dork??cant keep the story straight??on arrowheads forum you said these werent all personal finds.i didnt catch it the first time i looked at this post but i now notice a restored relic in your pics.did you tell the aaca that you wanted to put restored artifacts on their calendar??i have a feeling you didnt.i was speaking from my gut when i called you out last week and i probably shouldnt have,but now i have your own words as proof.i didnt get to see what you said in response because the mods deleted it before i caught wind of it.so anything you would like to say now buddy??i wont be deleting my account tonight.

Whoa, there, boys, let's not stir the stuff. Those are some real pornofacts (a new word I just coined) and there should be no room for distractions.
The pics posted would indeed grace any calender, and I applaud the idea.

Greg, I don't know what your problem is with me but just to set the record straight, no not everyone of them are personal finds. Of the points, all of them are personal finds except for the black Kirk/Dove on the far right in the second picture which is also the same point in the first picture on the bottom right with the blue streaks on the tip. That point I got from my brother who got it from an Old Barn auction.

The only restored piece in the post is the one Thebes in the middle of the 2nd picture and it was a personal find.

Of the Knives, the black Knife on the left and the Cobbs on the bottom are not personal finds. The other three are. I guess I should have been more specific in my first post and I apologize for that, but you need to chill out dude. You are more than welcome to make the drive to Scioto county and check out my collection first hand.

If I buy something I post as it being bought. I have had very good luck this year and found some very nice artifacts. If you think they aren't legit then I guess that is your problem. Hell, Paleojoe was with me when I found most of them so he can vouch for them.
