A nice pot or bottle from way south of Miami, and two stone pipes.

I promise I'll post some of my US artifacts as soon as I get to those boxes... Here is a bottle that I found a few years back erroding out of the shore of a lake. Unfortunately wet pottery doesn't conserve as well as dry pottery and it lost a lot of paint, but you can still see some of the designs. Underblack light the pigment jumps out with an almost southwest mimbres type design.

Also, a couple of stone tube pipes from a site in the same general area. One is quartzite, the other is probably serpentine or some other type of greenstone. They smoked a lot, I've dug a lot of pipes over the years.
