these two large unifaces are from portage county ohio,they are from a site that has everything from plano to hopewell

the oldest artifact from this site so far is a plano lance,the site is located on a peninsula that goes between 3 kettle lakes,the whole area was probably one big lake during the paleo period,the early archaic people really liked the area from the amount of bifurcates i've found there,i found the site deer hunting,we put on deer drives by forceing the deer to the end of the peninsula,i think thats what was happening thousands of years ago also,sort of a natural trap
