Good first finds, I know how happy you were to find them. Someone from your area is sure to help and I think the material is quartz or quartzite. Hopefully somone can give better insight on the material and the types.

Nice finds Captain, it's always good to see some artifacts from other areas of Va. The only piece I can I.D. with confidence would be the Savannah River in the middle of the bottom row. That's just a best guess. Looking foward to seeing more of your finds. Southeast Va. is a good place to stumble across some paleo.

Congrats and good job on your finds. I found my first about a month ago so the thrill is still fresh. It's a good feeling isn't it?

I agree with 37 with the Savanah River. Difficult to decide on the others being damaged.
The grainny quartz doesn't hold up too well to being knocked about.
Nice finds, congrats. Soo exciting finding your first points..
Thanks for sharin' with us.
Good luck for your next hunt, Cap B.

Thanks for the ID on the Savannah River point. Always learning.
