What does PNG mean?

Not familar with the term!

Describe the use of the round tool with the vertical grooves...(center right of picture)

Stefen, PNG is the abreviation for Papua New Guinea...the tool you ask about is some sort of phalic pestle

Thanks for the pic. - nice, it's pretty cool how celts, axes and adzes from all over the world look just likes ones i find here in Pa. .

Thank you everyone I agree... so similar to our Native Americans...they do not use stone tips on there arrows all Black palm wood. When I told them our natives used stone on thier arrows they laughed...and said stone will not fly!!!

Very nice , love the original hafting! Likely that the North american tribes used similar hafting principles.
