I have never thought of looking in the creek for points. I live in Wisconsin and look for my points in corn fields around silver mound. I want to try looking in the creeks around the area. My question to you is what do you look for in a spot to start looking. and why is there points in the creek like that?

My heart would have stopped, labored breathiing, then the scream and the happy dance! Good thing I'm usually in the woods alone huh? Very nice, I love it!

Man this dalton makes it official,
you and I need to get together and go HUNTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Show me that Creeeeek!
you don't have to worry about plows breaking points like that!

I rarely find points over 4 inches. I have one that was worked down to a drill/perforator that's over 5 but very few other than that.
