Sorry for such a newbie question but I found these, along with some nice artifacts and a ton of chips/flakes/shells and bone fragments in what was clearly a dump site that I was digging. These all appear worked to me and I was thinking they could be preforms or pieces that the makers rejected for some reason. The one on the far right seems like it could easily be a broken or unfinished point but I was wondering what you all thought?

Given you found a lot of other stuff with it I would say so. The 2nd one looks like a scraper for sure

That was not a newbie question in my opinion. You would not believe some of the crazy things I have asked.
