Field that Never Fails produces again...

Hello all! I braved the sub freezing temps.... the 25 mile an hour wind.... the 12 inches of liquid mud... to hit the field today. I couldn't take it anymore. I can honestly say it was worth every slow and trudgey step. Here is just a far away shot of what I found. I'll post close ups later.

I found 2 monster points. The dark one is fabulous. The lighter one has a broken tip. There is also the broken bit of an axe, it would have been BEAUTIFUL it's a blue/gray granite and the polish is remarkable. and there are a bunch of pottery shards as well.

wow, that is awesome. i know how you feel, we have a crap load of snow on the ground and the day before the snow i found a productive field, 3 points in 45 min all in just one area.
but we have had snow on the ground for about 3 weeks now. im going nuts.

SWEEEET! Way to go Johnny X! I talked to a lady who told me that they had just plowed one of their fields. She said that field and others will be waiting for me. I can't wait! Especially after seeing what you just found. Man, what a day! Definitely worth fighting the mud!
