My Axes

[Kevin in IN]

The one on the left was found by a friend. I think it may have been found by a later culture and reworked into a hand axe or " nut " stone. Middle was found by my neighbor while farming. The one on right was found in huntington co. on my great uncles farm. My mom bought it at their estate sale for $11.00 in 1972.

You know the area then. Many of those axes from huntington have the long blades. My uncle has a farm along a river out side huntington, was great hunting until no till farming. Lots of flintridge from Ohio. HH
