The chocolate piece in photos 1&3 do have some Outre Passe (Transverse) flaking. One of the biggest myths perpetuated is that Paleo-Indians had a monopoly on this methodology. They didn't. In fact, I have noticed far later (Mississippian) using it as much, if not more, than anyone - at least in this part of the country.

Matt is 100% correct.

Clovis makers did use it extensively, but they didn't have a monopoly on it. Can you post some more pictures of the piece with the overshots? Other side, thickness, etc.
