axe and points found over weekend

Hi ya all I found these over weekend between two mounds.I live across road ,from this site. I used to find stuff here when I was kid, but have found very little here in recent years. they plowed a field about 50 yards from mound ,I,ve never seen plowed before. I wasn,t 10 ft. into it when I found axe ! Ifound 7 points as well . I found a lot of pieces as well . It is raining hard now, hope to go back friday to look some more . T he adena point has been broke but is fluted on 1 side. the axe is not perfect but Ithink I, LL keep it lol 0hio river hunter

Thanks adena man you are not that far from me . I live right across river from maysville,ky. I don,t find many axe,s either. Ilove the bigger artifacts ,but since i hunt mostly plwed fiels in spring time ,I usually find only broken pcs. of that size ohio river hunter

Thanks Fossis I told you I would post pic of something petrified . It looks like a walnut, buckeye or maybe apple or maybe just a geofact. which ever it still is an interesting conservation pc. have any comments? ORH

wow, whats it like finding a axe. that is very polished i cant wait to find one.
