This artifact is obviously broken in half, found in some newly plowed ground on my friends farm in middle Ga.It appears to me that had a duel purpose, one side looks like a nutting stone, the other side looks made to grind grain or what ever. It has some scribing on it, I highlighted them with yellow chalk. I have been hunting on this farm since the early 60's and this field had been a pasture that whole time,my friend son has bottom plowed field to prepare a dove field and we have been getting a good bit of rain lately so I think it could be a good one, Ohopee River is southern boundary line. Looks like a common rock struck by a plow to me.
