That's a honk'n piece of nice workmanship for sure, and considering how many plowings and cultivations it survived almost unscathed makes it all the more remarkable!

That Axe was not utilitarian. It was never intended to be used as a chopping or cutting tool. That was a prized possession and a trophy or some sort. One of the best I have sever seen.
