Im saying Pestle due to the bottom looking rounded. Grinders arent always flat but I havent seen a round based cone before. Looks like Granite to me.

We need more pics please. One from the top, a couple more views of the sides from different angles, and a view of the bottom. I want to say a Cone just because of the general shape, but without more pictures it's impossible to say for sure.

Charm stone? If its anciently made its not natural imo. Looks like Granite to me
