These were found in my early years of picking...The one on the top left may be a small chipped adze...Most of my more delicate stuff was lost to a house fire.However I still have a box of bigger tools and what I call preforms...I will say some of these preforms have more work done on them then most of the finished stuff I find in Maine...mjm IMAG0137.jpg

Not sure what I call those other then a core, but they do look like they're fashioned for something. Preform tools... maybe :dontknow:

I find many similar pieces over here. I think they are a finished product for the most part.

I have quite a few that I don't know if they are adzes scrapers or what but I know they all show a lot of work...Rock I wish that was the case.The last two days have started in the negative teens damned near fifty by Wednesday....such is life in Maine......below Normal in snowfall though so I'll take that...mjm
