Need help with point ID

My buddy found this awesome point and we aren't sure about its identification. Closest thing we have found is some kind of eastern evans. There are also tiny serrations around the whole point.

That's very unusual for NY state. For sure you won't find it in Ritchie's guide to NY projectile points. Very nice point.

Yea, we use ritchies book and can identify most if not all points we find, but this one is pretty unique.

Closest example that looks the most like it I would have to say is an Evans, but the location just doesn't seem right. Thanks for the info though Reaper, I'm still scratching my head.
