Looks like an impact fracture, most likely used as a projectile point.

ya that is neat,cumberlands look like that,but i do not think ive seen a serrated cumberland before,you have a flute on both sides,nice find

Unusual for sure. Especially with the concave centers on both sides. I haven't seen one like it, but I'm leaning towards that being a tool, not a point.
Maybe someone else will chime in on this.

Looks like a point with a huge impact fracture on both sides missing the tip. Might of been reworked into a tool after impact. Nice study piece.
