I found this at a site where I have found many points and pottery pieces. It is a odd one and not sure what it is. Sorry if the pictures are not the best, but you can see work marks on the sides. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Sorry but I don't see any work marks that were made by man. Looks to be some type of iron stone conglomerate.

If you held it in your hand, is there any sign of wear on the bottom of the flaring end?

although the shape is provocative, it would have had no function, regardless of the shape.
