Cape Cod Indian stone tool artifact Rock nail file?

Found this rock with my son on a cape cod beach. Any input appreciated. Same beach where we found some points.

Natural Stone.

As stated above, just a naturally fractured and polished stone. That rough wavy section could be part of a fossil and that is why it broke there.

natural, you can see the line around the top of the stone where the rest of it could pop off.
