Probably nothing too exciting! I get my creek walking in early morning before work or late night on the weekends with a flashlight after the kids go down. I kept getting into trouble because I wasn't spending time with the family so I decided I'll just give up sleep to feed the habit! There were several nights this past summer that I was in the creek until 2 am. My wife thinks it's weird but I don't see anything wrong with it...
I put together a floating screen and drug it down there a few times over the summer. I did find one point and a bunch of flakes so there is definitely stuff buried in the bars.
Looks like the creeks I hunt like a mud, sand mixture and gravel. I just usually take my stick and pop them out I figure while I am taking pics I could of been finding another. I know many like to see them in the dirt but its my time. Good finds and when winter comes and kills all of that grass you should go back.
Sweat finds! Don't feel bad, I get an average of 4 hrs per night and constant complaining about when I hunt. Personally, I think it's weird that people wouldn't want to go exploring for artifacts. HH
