Okay with my head to the ground wandering near Black Butte lake there is a stream called Burris Creak where I find lots of beautiful Jasper and I found this this. What do you think? Another OR?

That looks more like freeze fractures than actual flaking. It looks to have the same polish all over, even in the flaking. Could just be from the wave action though. Would have to see it in hand to say 100% for sure.
