Copper Culture Spear Point

It's been 50-60 degrees here in Central Wis., pretty unusual for this time of year. So, I've been getting some late year hunts in. Yesterday, Sunday, I found one of the greatest things possible. A very nice Copper Culture Spear Point. Couldn't believe it when I pulled it out! Still can't hardly believe it.

I’m in the same boat I know nothing about copper culture and only recognized what that was from recent posts. I was looking up some info this morning after seeing this post the culture is much older than I would’ve thought. Very interesting reading

Wow! That is a great example of Archaic artistry! Those things are anywhere from 3500-6,000 years old. Very nice!
