It looks like a pecking stone....or hammerstone but my small screen doesn't show close detail of wear or peck marks.Post in NA forum lots of good knowledge there.
Ran into this on the internut & tried sending it to you as a reply to your PM. Then as a new PM. When that didn't work either, used the search feature to (try to) find your post. When THAT didn't work, searched every post you've made until I found it. Lotta hassle for a not-that-big-a-deal.

In many other similar places you won’t find a one.
in over 45 years of pouring concrete and having had thousands of loads of gravel hauled into various job sites, and grading millions of square feet with it I can assure you we don’t have them here naturally. So, that being said, The other day find this at the bottoms edge of a pile like it rolled right out.
It’s the same
material often found used in other hardstone artifact forms around here.
Im thinking mine isn’t natural, and there a chance that Fred’s just may not be natural as well.
