Found these points for sale at the counter of the antique store- most of them have museum catalog/inventory numbers on them- $5 each. What should I do? Anything I should do ethically as well?

Just because a piece has museum or catalog markings doesn’t necessarily indicate an ethics problem. Museums often sell off excess inventory which was obtained legally. There are also unscrupulous individuals who mark pieces just to increase their value. I would agree with arrow86; if you like them, buy them.
