Hafted quartz axe or nothing

The patina changes and what looks like cordage marks to me on this one make me think it was a hafted axe, but certainly not conclusive. The pics don’t do justice but with what you can see what do you think?

Try getting some pics in natural sunlight, but to me it just looks like a rock.

Thanks good idea, hopefully I’ll find a real artifact one-of these days.

Yup you will. I just entered the hobby but I think I've learned something very quickly; when you find something decent you wont have to ask .

Where I’m looking the gray area is bigger than the black or white.

Yeah I hear you. For me if I have to explain to someone that’s it’s an arrowhead because it’s so unrecognizable as one I don’t want it.
