Those are crazy examples. I love that type. The beveling is SICK! What is going on with the Notches on the one on the right?

Clearly that notched point began as a LOST LAKE. Is it possible that it was found (broken) by a Woodland period NA and refurbished as a variety of the MONTELL a South Central Point type?

It’s such a curiosity!

awesome stuff dude. i'm from the same area as you. it's a great place to be in this hobby. also enjoyable to compare finds with someone in the same vicinity. i've got a few lost lakes, one i found about a month back, that notched base of yours is crazy though. i'll be looking forward to your future posts!

sorry for the late response jamey. rude of me.

here's a quick cell pic. all missing one ear. the two later stage ones (left) have crazy bevel that the crappy shot doesn't pick up. i'll have to hunt down the insitu of the serrated one in the middle where the broken ear was hiding under mud.

also not the best at typing so, one or more might not be lost lake. ???
