Would need more info, like where did you get it? did you find it yourself? Where? There are thousands of perfectly made fake arrowheads around these days, even being made in Pakistan from nice jasper. There are also hundreds of American modern knappers making quality reproductions so knowing the point's history is important. A size reference would be good too.

1st - I noticed this was your very first post - so, Welcome Aboard Scant86! You didn't list your state (or country) in your profile. So, you might consider jumping over to Sub-Forum: Select Your Area.... for information (i.e., clubs, hunts, finds, legends, maps, etc.) directly related to your state (or country). You might also consider adding your state (or country) to your displayed profile (SETTINGS -> EDIT PROFILE) - members may have more success helping you (your location may help, etc.)...
2nd - Here are few informative articles talking about Indian Arrowhead Identification...

    How to Identify Arrowheads

Native Americans designed many different arrowheads – about 1,200 types are on record...
3rd - Since you were asking for "more information" - I moved ya from WHAT'S IT WORTH? over to NORTH AMERICAN INDIAN ARTIFACTS for more exposure.

What are the dimensions? Please give as much detailed information as possible. Is the base ground at all, if so where?

It does not look like its beveled, what is the cross section? Is the cross section lenticuar, rhomboid or flat? Is it thick? Is the other side the same? or more of a large flake?

Appears to be a archaic knife.........we can't give it a artifact name, unless you tell us where it was found. In a box at grandma's house will work, we just want to know state she lived in.
