My father found this in the 1980s. He was curious on the correct classification and what exactly it is? I apologize for the low quality pictures, but it’s all I have on hand. Thanks so much everyone. Where was it found and how did he find it?

It was found in Elbert, Georgia. Funny story, he told me he was just walking through his Uncle Drew’s garden and spotted this. Pretty decent find since he wasn’t even looking! Thanks for your reply.

Lot's of good stuff where you are! I found some of my first points near the river.

Neat! I have a place on broad river I’ve been hunting. If you’re ever in the area, you’re welcome to come hunt with me. I’m right on the South Carolina line. Thanks!

Yes, other side please. Not questioning anything. It's just that 5 identical pictures don't help much.

I’ll definitely get one. I apologize for uploading identical pics, but was having issues with my internet and the identical one just uploaded more than I wanted. Thanks!

Nice piece! I would guess a knife, as I am not a scholar as some of the others are. And the pictures take a while for one to load, so just wait before clicking again. It will finally load lol

Elberton, GA? I work in Elberton and live in Lincolnton on Clarks-Hill lake. I've found many arrow heads over the years. And know a few people that have found spear points etc. Never a knife.
