    Is this an intact point?

Iím a novice at this, but I found this, this morning. I wasnít sure if it was considered an intact point or just a broken one or fleek. All input is greatly appreciated. Thanks!Click image for larger version.

Where did you find it (state/county)? There is a similar point known as a Morrow Mountain Round Base found along the eastern seaboard and into the south east.

    Others exist as well.

Found in Elbert, Georgia. I have found Morrow mountains on this property before, so that makes sense. Thanks
